Improvements
Cash View – It is now possible to view a cash price figure for project costs. This calculates costs with inflation from the cost price quarter of the item in the impact dataset to the inflated value of the year the cost will be due, as per the cost profile of the project, rather than the cost price quarter of the option. To view the Cash View calculation, apply the toggle on either the Cost Profiles graph, Package CapEx Costs or Interlocking CapEx Costs tables.
Cost and Volume Reporting – A new page is now available in the Commercial menu section for Cost and Volume reporting. You can now view the report as a table on screen and choose to export to Excel if required. The table can be filtered by routes, regions and interlockings. This page replaces the previous functionality whereby you could generate the Cost and Volumes report from the Reports page.
Custom Cost Profiles – User experience has been improved so that you no longer have to save the custom profile prior to saving the project edits. The saving of project edits now includes any changes you have made to the custom cost profile.
Bill of Quantities – When exporting the Bill of Quantities, if project filters are applied the names of the projects are now included in the top row of the CSV export.
